Rachel Kolb

Senior Staff

Rachel joined the Reese Henry team in June 2026 as a Senior Staff member, bringing with her five years of professional experience. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in public accounting at Deloitte in the federal tax group with a focus on financial services clients, and later transitioned to a public company's internal audit group where she gained valuable insight into various business operations. Her strengths include organization, teamwork, and curiosity, which she applies to her client work daily. Rachel holds a Bachelor in Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with her Colorado CPA license.

Outside of work, Rachel is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys mountain biking, road biking, running, camping, river swimming, and skiing—often with her dog in tow. She also maintains a summer garden and loves cooking year-round. Rachel serves on the board for Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC), where she provides accounting and financial expertise while preparing budgets for the nonprofit.

“I was born and raised in Wisconsin and have always been attracted to the active lifestyle Colorado has to offer. Denver has a unique combination of urban and outdoor adventure. What's not to love about hitting the trails before work while still being in a vibrant city! The blend of metropolitan energy and immediate access to nature makes this the perfect place for me.”
