Lilly brings seven years of experience in accounting and small business management, with a strong foundation in hospitality. Her hands-on background running operations in dynamic, customer-centric industries gives her a practical and empathetic approach to accounting. She understands firsthand the complexities of managing payroll, fluctuating costs, and inventory in high-paced environments, making her especially attuned to the needs of Reese Henry’s small business clients. Lilly holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston.

Outside of work, Lilly enjoys exploring the outdoors: whether downhill skiing, skinning, hiking, or cross-country skiing in the winter, or long walks with her husband and dog in the warmer months. A lifelong learner, she also finds joy in a great book or podcast, always curious to discover something new.

Why did you choose the Roaring Fork Valley?

“The seasonal lifestyle is what initially attracted me to the Roaring Fork Valley. I grew to love the winters here and the vast amount of outdoor activities offered. I stayed because I met my husband out here and we are now growing our family in the Valley.”

“By focusing on all three elements – Mind, Body, and Spirit – I find that I can lead a more balanced and fulfilling life. I try to align my daily activities with these values, making time for mental stimulation, physical activity, and emotional connection. Whether it’s carving out time for a new learning experience, going for a hike in nature, or sitting down with a cup of tea to reflect, the Aspen Idea constantly reminds me to take a holistic approach to life.”
