With a solid seven years of experience in the accounting profession, Zane brings a wealth of expertise to Reese Henry. Before joining the firm, he excelled as a Tax Manager at KPMG in Denver, where he specialized in partnership taxation across industries such as Private Equity, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, and Entertainment. This role was further enriched by providing tax technical training to new hires within the United States and in India. At Reese Henry, Zane's focus has been on delivering substantial value to clients in the realms of Large Family Groups and Real Estate.
A graduate of the University of Denver, Zane achieved a Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 2017 and a Master of Accountancy in 2018, and is a licensed CPA in Colorado. Outside the office, Zane's passions include engaging in volleyball, experimenting with baking recipes, and exploring the world, having visited over 30 countries. He is also on a quest to learn multiple languages and aspires to be a fluent polyglot. If you meet Zane, feel free to strike up a conversation in Spanish or Italian for a lively language exchange.
Why did you choose Colorado?
“As one of Reese Henry's remote workers, I call Aurora, CO home alongside my husband and mini-golden doodle, Bruno. I love living somewhere that grants me access to all that a large city has to offer while also being only a quick drive to the mountains. While we love Aurora, we love traveling even more, so living only 20 minutes from the world's 3rd busiest airport gives us ample opportunity to pursue that passion.”

“Allowing the Mind, Body and Spirit to flourish is a balancing act that requires careful intention to achieve. The Aspen Idea inspires me to find a way to integrate wellness into all facets of life, including work. Working here challenges my mind with complex problems, my body with access to the some of Colorado's best mountains via our Ski Pass program, and my Spirit through some friendships I never expected from a job. It also importantly allows me the time and space to pursue my passions outside of work that fuel each of these components.”
