Why did you choose Sheridan, Arkansas?

“What attracted me to this area is how central it is to the state. It is a great central location to all of my family and extended family. The town is very small but not too far from larger towns like Little Rock or Benton.”

What does living the “Aspen Idea” mean to you?

“I think that The Aspen Idea is inspiring because it shows that Reese Henry values its employees outside of work as well as inside work. This is great to motivate your employees to not only grow within our Reese Henry, but also to grow in our roles outside of work.”

Why did you choose to join the team at Reese Henry?

“Before joining Reese Henry, I conducted thorough research and was impressed by the glowing client testimonials about the team. Speaking with the team members confirmed they truly enjoyed their work, a sentiment reflected in the positive client feedback. During my interviews, it became clear that Reese Henry's employees appreciate the firm's rarity in work-life balance within the CPA landscape. They emphasized the firm's respect for personal boundaries and the value it places on staff. Initially, the option for remote work attracted me to apply, but it's the supportive atmosphere that I've experienced which convinces me to stay.”
