We are thrilled to introduce you to our new file transfer and client portal system.
Reese Henry & Company's secure file sharing allows our clients to securely send attachments to Reese Henry staff, and likewise, for Reese Henry & Company to send attachments securely to clients.
Below are instructions to successfully use this service.
Sending files to a Reese Henry & Company Staff Member
To send files, please perform these functions:
1. Go to http://www.reesehenry.com/client-login.com
2. Click on Secure File Transfer
3. Click on Secure Upload
4. Select the Reese Henry staff member(s) who will receive the document(s)
5. Follow the on-screen instructions
Note: The subject line and body of the message are not encrypted. Please make sure that confidential information is not included in either of these areas.
Receiving files from a Reese Henry & Company Staff Member
To receive secure files through our Secure File Transfer, a Reese Henry & Company staff member will prepare the file(s) for transfer. You will be notified via e-mail that a file is available for you. The e-mail will contain instructions on how to access the file(s).
File Deletion
Files are permanently deleted from the site after they have been downloaded (be sure to SAVE the document when you download it) or 10 days after they have been posted to the site if they are not retrieved. If you have not downloaded the file(s) within the 10 day allotment, you will need to contact the Reese Henry & Company staff member who sent the file(s) and have them resend.
Client Portal
Clients and other authorized parties can use our Client Portal for 24/7 access to a file cabinet of their tax returns, estate documents, legal papers and more. Unlike the Secure File Transfer, documents in the Client Portal do not expire. To sign up for a Client Portal:
1. Go to http://www.reesehenry.com/client-resources/obtain-login and fill out the form
2. Once the form is submitted, the Firm Administrator will create your account
3. You will receive an e-mail with Login Instructions once your account is active
If you already have an account you can access it by going to http://www.reesehenry.com/client-login
1. Click on Secure File Transfer
2. Click on Client Portal
3. Enter your Login credentials
